  1.What is global warming? 

 Is the current rise in the average temperature of Earth's oceans and atmosphere.

2.What is the process involved in the greenhouse effect?

The ''greenhouse effect'' is the warming that happens when certain gases in Earth's atmosphere trap heat. These gases let in light but keep heat from escaping, like the glass walls of a greenhouse.

3.What signs warn us about global warming?

In the Artic there aren't much glaciers and the temperature change and became hot because there aren't many capes in the atmosphere.

4.Can you quote another term for global warming?

It's a horribles mistakes, caused by the people, by us, but don't worry because we only needs is change.

I think that is reality because we can see is starting to affect our planet. And because the people, we're destroying our world, with pollution, with vandalism and with our mistakes.

What can we do to stop global warming? Suggest five ideas.

-Not use both the car.

-Not to throw garbage on the street.

-No waste.

-Find new energy sources.

-Create less pollution

Unit 9: An email to an internet forum

Hi

My name’s Mireia Feliu and I live in South London.

I live in the area when the young people spend all their time hanging around on the street so there are sometimes problems with vandalism and graffiti. As a result there isn’t anywhere for young people to, because there aren’t any factories for them.

I think the solution is build a youth café.

Unit 8: A story

Anele: Aierim, Aierim! Can you hear me? I need some help!

Aierim: Anele? Where are you? What’s happened?

Anele: I down here. I hit with a rock and I fell in hole. Then the hole is sink.

Aierim: Ara you OK? Can you climb up here?

Anele: No, I’ve injured my leg. I can’t move it and it really hurts. What am I

going to do?

Aierim: Don’t panic. Let’s phone the coastguard.

Unit 9: Organize an event

Carlota: Hey guys. What's going on here?

Mireia: We are trying to organize a picnic. We want to make some money for the youth club.

Carlota: Cool! Can I do anything?

Mireia: Yes. There's a lot to do. We need some plastic plates and glasses.  

Carlota: Yeah, my dad's helping with that.

Mireia: And I think we should make some cakes.

Carlota: I can do that if you want.

Carlota: Then all we need is some music.

Mireia: You should phone Clàudia, she have a lot of great discs.

Carlota: It was an accident. I fell wile I was playing football.

Carlota: Yes, I have but it hurts.

 Mireia: Do you need help? 

Carlota: I don't know, but I can't walk. 

Mireia: Mmm. Maybe you need to go to nursing.

Mireia: Carlota...Carlota!

Carlota: Yes? Oh hi Mireia!

Mireia: Are you doing anything this evening?

Carlota: No, nothing special. Why?

Mireia: I'm going to a football match if you are interested.

Carlota: Yes! Great. What time does it start?

Mireia: It's on at 9:30 at the sport center.

Carlota: Ok. Shall I meet you outside at about 9:15.

Mireia: Yeah, Ok. I'll see you there.

Tom Sawyer

CHAPTER 1:

Tom and the Fence Tom lives in a small town along the Mississippi River with his Aunt Polly. Her aunt has commissioned to paint a fence, as Tom doesn't like to do this job, cheating his friends to do so instead of him. Chapter 2: Tom and Huck The next day is Sunday, on Sunday Tom wore clean clothes, but he hated this. Tom always went to school on Sunday morning , but he wasn't a good student. After school Tom and his family went to church. Tom and dislikes, decide to make a joke. Throw a beetle on the floor of the church. As there is a dog, the dog sees the beetle and started to pursue it.

CHAPTER 2:

First Tom was in the church but he bought a little beetle in his pocket, and he left it go. There was a little dog and it barked.After that the beetle bit the dog's nose.the dog started run after tha black beetle and all the people laughted silently.After that Tom going to sunday schooland he met huck with a dead cat. Huck convinced Tom to go to the cementery.Tom go to sunday school and the teacher was ungry with him because he was late again.Tthere was a new Student, Becky Thatcher.Tom was in love this moment, the girl was so beautuful.

CHAPTER 3:

First there were three more people in the cementery, the boys though they were ghosts. After then they descovered, they were humans, Muff Potter, Injun Joe and Dr Robinson. Injun Joe wanted more money from the Dr. Robinson, but he didn't give it. Injun Joe and Dr.Robinson started fought and finally Injun Joe killed Dr. Robinson, with the Muff Potter's knife. And he belived faith who killed Dr. Robinson was Muff Potter.

CHAPTER 4:

The sheriff put Muff Potter in the jail because he found Muff Potter's knife near the doctor's body.Tom and huck promise that they didn't say anythig about what happened in the graveyard.Huck, Joe and Tom wanted to be pirats and they went to Jackson's Island.All the people in the town though they were dead and the day of the funeral, they apeared in the church.All the people celebrateda party, because they were there.
